Executive Scale.

My fascination with how things work started long before I had a job title. It began with computer programming as a kid, which taught me a simple but profound lesson: if you want to reach a goal, you have to strip away the noise and build a clean, logical path to get there. I have carried that back- to - basics mindset throughout my life. In my early years, that meant running a mini-library out of my bedroom (and yes, charging my parents late fees). Later, it meant sitting in a high-pressure call center, realizing that the system wasn't supporting the people, and redesigning the flow from the ground up to make their lives easier. Today, I’ve traded the childhood library for companies like Barlass Consulting Associates and Phantom Pro. While I spend a lot of my time as a strategist and architect, I have never lost the desire to get my hands dirty. I am a leader at heart—I still believe the best way to lead a team is to understand the ground floor challenges they face every day. I don't believe in technology for technologys sake. I see too many businesses today caught between clunky, decades-old legacy systems and the shiny object syndrome of unreliable new tech. I am interested in the middle ground: building things that are scalable and modern, but above all, reliable.When the laptop is closed, the systems I am focused on are much simpler. I’m a husband and a father, a servant to two cats, and a dedicated (if sometimes stressed) fan of Formula 1. If I am not at my desk, you will likely find me on a badminton court or trying to keep up with my family.
