Group CEO, Strategic Development & Consulting
Most businesses grow by accident. Founders validate a product, drive customer acquisition, and then try to retroactively stitch their operational, technical, and legal systems together when the structure starts cracking under pressure.
My unique professional path—spanning Law, Business Operations, and Computer Science—exposed this critical industry flaw. Scale cannot be forced from the outside through generic coaching; it must be compiled programmatically from the core structure of the firm.
This structural truth is why I established The DNA Model™. It is a comprehensive corporate blueprint that treats a company as a single integrated operating system, binding legal governing rights, cloud-native tech infrastructure, and ecosystem strategy into a resilient, self-compounding loop.
The modern corporate consulting industry is due for radical, structural reform. Too much of the advisory space has drifted into vanity retainers, untransparent pricing, and recommendation loops that prioritize consultant billable hours over real operational utility.
To solve this ethical mismatch, I founded the Institute for Responsible Consulting (IRC). The IRC serves as an independent ethics authority for B2B advisors, enforcing a strict code of operational conduct:
No hidden variables, no sliding retainer percentages, and no arbitrary price escalations.
Advising partners through the lens of long-term commercial durability rather than short-term extraction.
Ensuring all technical advice is backed by hands-on engineering capability and verified certifications.
We maintain a public register of client engagements we have actively terminated or declined when ethical misalignment occurred.
"Outside of the boardroom, my perspective is guided by a personal, non-denominational Christian faith. I view business through the lens of stewardship, not just raw extraction. This worldview is why I prioritize absolute transparency, fair fee structures, and building systems that make institutional-quality support accessible to everyone."
The **Accessible by Design** initiative is born from lived experience. It was inspired directly by SDC Group CCO Chelsea Bradley-Carter growing up in a council house household.
Accessible by Design exists to ensure that young people from working-class communities are not locked out of high-tier corporate structures. We deliver free, high-tier operational skill seminars to schools, youth community organizations, and distribute corporate tech support at cost to social enterprises that align with our social mobility focus.
